Description
Battery is an item rather than a placeable block, so the player charges and discharges the cell inside compatible Ala Industrial machines instead of placing it on the ground. A Battery Box (the stationary LV storage block) accepts the battery as a crafting ingredient, letting a stack upgrade into grid-tied buffer capacity. Charge-level stacking means two equally-charged batteries combine into one slot, which keeps LV-era automation compact until the planned energy crystal arrives. With 2 000 EU per cell and a 2 EU/t output, the battery is the handheld power pack that bridges a generator and the first electric tools in Ala Industrial.

Gather tin, redstone, and copper cable
Battery needs three ingredients: tin ingots from Ala Industrial's new ore, redstone dust mined underground, and a copper cable crafted from copper. Collect at least four tin ingots, two redstone dust, and one copper cable before heading to a crafting table.

Open a 3x3 crafting table
Battery uses a shaped recipe with the pattern " C " on the top row and "TRT" on the middle and bottom rows, where C is copper cable, T is a tin ingot, and R is redstone dust. Place the three items in those exact slots to fill the grid.

Move the charged Battery into a machine or electric tool that consumes EU, and Battery releases its stored 2 000 EU at 2 EU/t. A Battery Box also accepts Battery as a crafting ingredient to add stationary LV storage.
Battery stacks by charge level, so two equally-charged batteries combine into a single inventory slot and one stack of 16 carries up to 32 000 EU between machines. Holding one battery in each hand and right-clicking transfers 500 EU per click.
