Fluxweave Chestplate is the torso piece of Ala Industrial's first full EU armor set for Minecraft 26.2 (Java Edition, on Fabric or NeoForge) — the end of a chain that runs from cotton fiber and silver dust through flux thread to Fluxweave Cloth. Protection sits at the vanilla iron line: 6 armor points and 1.0 base toughness. The real payoff is electric — while the piece holds charge, Fluxweave Chestplate adds +2 toughness against heavy hits and 10% knockback resistance, both applied as silent attributes rather than potion effects. Charge switches the bonuses on but never switches protection off: at zero EU the chestplate keeps all 6 armor points, exactly like ordinary iron-grade armor.

The buffer (internal energy reserve, in EU) holds 15,000 EU, refills at up to 32 EU per tick — the ceiling of the LV tier (low voltage) — from a Battery Box slot, a worn Energy Pack or other mods' chargers, and a worn, charged piece drains 1 EU per second, so one full buffer lasts roughly four hours. Craft Fluxweave Chestplate at a workbench from four Fluxweave Cloth, one Electronic Circuit, two Tempered Iron and one Battery in the vanilla chestplate pattern; the recipe is a charge-transfer craft, so a full 2,000 EU Battery comes off the table already charged. Durability is never spent — the chestplate cannot break — the inventory bar shows the EU charge, enchanting works as on ordinary armor with an enchantability of 18, and Fluxweave Cloth repairs the piece on an anvil.
