The XP calculator converts Minecraft levels into experience points and back.
Experience does not add up evenly: every next level costs more than the one before, so guessing does not work. The calculator uses the Java Edition formulas and runs in three modes — level into total experience, the gap between two levels, and an enchanting goal.
The number that comes up most often here is level thirty, the threshold for the strongest enchanting-table enchantments. Getting there from zero takes one thousand three hundred ninety-five experience points. Next to it are the hints about the table itself: fifteen bookshelves around it unlock level thirty, and the number on a slot is the level you must have, not the amount that gets spent. The enchant itself still costs only three levels.
Below is a table of sources — ore, smelting, mobs, fishing, trading, bottles of enchanting. The Ender Dragon gives twelve thousand for the first kill. And the ready-made experience command copies with one button.
