How soon will I get a reply?
Every message lands in our inbox right away and we read them by hand, one at a time. There is no automatic reply, so give it a few days before you worry — a real person answers, not a bot.
Where do I report a bug on the site?
Right here, through the form above. The form has no file attachments, so describe everything in the text: the address of the page, the interface language, and the browser or device you were using.
Who do I talk to about advertising or a partnership?
Use the same form and say in the first sentence what you are proposing. Partnerships, ads and content questions all arrive in the same place; you can also nudge us on Discord or X.
I sent a message but got no answer. What now?
Check the spam folder first, then make sure there is no typo in the email you entered — that address is our only way back to you. If everything is correct, just write again or ping us on Discord.
Do I have to give a real email address?
If you want a reply, yes — we have no other route back to you. The address is used only to answer you, and if you are logged in it is filled in from your account automatically.
