Description

The Electronic Circuit is the base crafting component of the Ala Industrial mod — the 'brain' that gates nearly every LV-tier machine, generator, and storage block. Players on Minecraft 26.2 (Java Edition) craft one Electronic Circuit on a regular crafting table; the circuit stores no EU (energy unit) and has no function of its own, existing purely as an ingredient.

The Electronic Circuit recipe lays four silver ingots and two nickel ingots across the top and bottom rows, with two quartz and one emerald in the middle. That single circuit then feeds roughly forty downstream recipes, including the Macerator, Electric Furnace, Solar Panel, and the full Fluxweave armor set. Crafting one Advanced Circuit — the MV-tier successor — also costs one Electronic Circuit, making the circuit the gateway out of the LV tier (up to 32 EU/t) into higher-voltage machinery on both Fabric and NeoForge.

How to craft and use an Electronic Circuit in Minecraft

  1. 1

    Gather silver and nickel ingots

Mine the silver ore and nickel ore added by Ala Industrial, then smelt each into ingots in a regular furnace. The Electronic Circuit recipe needs four silver ingots and two nickel ingots.

  2. 2

    Collect quartz and an emerald

Gather two quartz and one emerald for the middle row of the crafting grid. Both are also obtainable through villager trading.

  3. 3

Assemble the circuit on a crafting table

Open a 3×3 crafting table and place silver and nickel ingots in the top and bottom rows in a silver-nickel-silver pattern, then quartz-emerald-quartz across the middle. One craft produces one Electronic Circuit.

  4. 4

Use the circuit to build machines

Spend the Electronic Circuit as an ingredient in downstream recipes such as the Macerator, Electric Furnace, Solar Panel, and the Advanced Circuit that opens the MV tier.

Important

The Electronic Circuit stores no EU (energy unit) and does nothing on its own — it exists only as a crafting ingredient. It works identically on both Fabric and NeoForge.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Electronic Circuit do?

The Electronic Circuit is a crafting ingredient only. It has no function of its own but is required to craft nearly every LV-tier machine, generator, and storage block in the Ala Industrial mod.

How do you craft an Electronic Circuit?

On a 3×3 crafting table, place silver and nickel ingots in the top and bottom rows in a silver-nickel-silver pattern, then quartz-emerald-quartz across the middle. One craft produces one Electronic Circuit.

Is the Electronic Circuit renewable?

No. The recipe depends on silver ore and nickel ore mined from the world, which are not renewable, so the Electronic Circuit is not a renewable resource.

Does the Electronic Circuit store energy?

No. The Electronic Circuit stores no EU (energy unit) and is not a battery or power component — it is purely a crafting ingredient.

Which machines use the Electronic Circuit?

Roughly forty recipes consume it, including the Macerator, Electric Furnace, Compressor, Solar Panel, the full Fluxweave armor set, and the Advanced Circuit that opens the MV tier.
