Tempered Iron Chestplate is the torso piece of Ala Industrial's tempered-iron armor set — tougher than iron, below diamond, crafted from eight tempered iron ingots.
Description
Craft a Tempered Iron Chestplate at any workbench from eight tempered iron ingots laid out in the vanilla chestplate pattern: two ingots in the top corners, then two full rows of three below. Tempered iron is smelted one-to-one from ordinary iron ingots in a furnace or blast furnace (or the mod's electric furnace), so the set stays renewable through iron golem farms. Repair the chestplate on an anvil with tempered iron, through the mod's tempered_iron_armor_materials tag — regular iron will not work. Wild zombies and skeletons also rarely spawn wearing the set as a trophy (about 4% and 2.5% respectively, scaled by difficulty), and equipped armor then drops at the vanilla rate of 8.5% per Looting level.

Ala Industrial runs only on Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition, identically on Fabric and NeoForge; the Tempered Iron Chestplate does not exist in Bedrock Edition.
