Advanced Fluid Tank is the second grade of the portable tank from the Ala Industrial tech mod on Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition: the same passive storage block, but with 16 buckets (16,000 mB) of capacity instead of the first grade's eight. Advanced Fluid Tank stores exactly one fluid at a time — while water sits inside, lava and other variants are refused — and accepts and releases fluid through all six faces. A full bucket pours in exactly 1,000 mB, an empty bucket draws a whole bucket back out, and a comparator reads the fill from 0 to 15. There is no GUI: the fluid type and level stay visible through the glass walls. Hardness 4.0 and blast resistance 12.0 (how well the block withstands explosions) let the Advanced Fluid Tank survive what the first grade (3.0/6.0) cannot.

Advanced Fluid Tank is crafted from the tank it upgrades: place the Portable Fluid Tank in the center of a crafting table, a Reinforced Cupronickel Plate in each corner of the grid and a Silver Plate on each edge, and the shaped recipe returns the new tank, so the old one is never wasted. The item form is fireproof — an Advanced Fluid Tank dropped into lava survives, unlike the first-grade item, which burns. Pumping speed is deliberately identical on both grades, because the tank is passive and has no tick (1/20 of a second of game time) of its own: fluid pipes, pumps and other containers set the pace. The 16-bucket volume finally puts a portable tank above the 10-bucket internal buffers of Ala Industrial machines, which is exactly the reason to build the second grade. Like the whole mod, the Advanced Fluid Tank runs on both Fabric and NeoForge.
