Sky Mill
Sky Mill is the T2 high-altitude wind generator of Ala Industrial, producing up to 12 EU/tick from a tall tower and reached only by evolving a Wind Turbine.
Description
Sky Mill is obtained only by evolution and has no crafting recipe. Place it high — at about Y 128 the Sky Mill already outputs 4 EU/tick, twice the Wind Turbine at the same height. To evolve one, insert a Solar Alignment Chip into a running Wind Turbine with a rotor installed under open sky and let it accumulate 33,600 active ticks (about 28 real minutes); the stored energy carries over and the rotor wears down with production at 480 EU per damage point, roughly five in-game days at a typical 4 EU/tick.

How to evolve a Sky Mill in Minecraft
-
1
Build a Wind Turbine high
Place a basic Wind Turbine at altitude under open sky so its rotor can spin and generate EU.
-
2
Install a windmill rotor
Put a windmill rotor in the central slot so the Wind Turbine can start producing power.
-
3
Insert the Solar Alignment Chip
Add the Solar Alignment Chip to the running Wind Turbine to start the T2 evolution into the Sky Mill.
-
4
Keep the sky open for about 28 minutes
Leave the Wind Turbine running under open sky for 33,600 active ticks; the chip evolves it into a Sky Mill.
-
5
Raise the tower to Y 188-192
Lift the Sky Mill toward the cloud deck to reach its full 8 EU/tick base, or 12 EU/tick in a thunderstorm.
The Sky Mill keeps the stored energy from its Wind Turbine and still emits power only from the back face after evolution.

Frequently asked questions
Can you craft a Sky Mill?
No. The Sky Mill has no crafting recipe and is obtained only by evolving a Wind Turbine with a Solar Alignment Chip under open sky.
How much EU does a Sky Mill produce?
A Sky Mill produces 0-8 EU/tick from altitude, multiplied up to 12 EU/tick in a thunderstorm, with an 8000 EU buffer.
At what height does the Sky Mill peak?
The Sky Mill reaches its full 8 EU/tick base around Y 188-192 under the clouds and drops to zero above Y 248.
What does the Sky Mill evolve from?
The Sky Mill evolves from a basic Wind Turbine after 33,600 active open-sky ticks with a Solar Alignment Chip installed.
Which face outputs power on a Sky Mill?
The Sky Mill emits EU only from its back face, so the cable placed behind the Wind Turbine keeps working after it evolves.
Does rain help a Sky Mill?
Only slightly. Rain multiplies the Sky Mill's base by ×1.25 and a thunderstorm by ×1.5, capped at 12 EU/tick, so it favours steady fair-weather output.
