Description
The boots are crafted on a shaped grid from four tempered iron ingots arranged in the standard boot pattern, and tempered iron itself is produced by smelting or blasting an iron ingot in a furnace or blast furnace. Tempered Iron Boots complete the five-piece tempered iron kit — helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, and the matching tool line — and they repair in an anvil with tempered iron ingots. For the player who has iron gear but is not ready to spend diamond, Tempered Iron Boots are a renewable, fully farmable upgrade that pays off in fewer repair trips and stronger enchantments.
