Tempest Mill is the Ala Industrial storm-wind generator, the second tier (T2) of the tempest wind branch for Minecraft 26.2 on Fabric or NeoForge. Tempest Mill turns bad weather into power: its base rises to 6 EU/t near the cloud layer, then weather multiplies it (rain x2, thunder x3.5) up to a hard cap of 24 EU/t. In a thunderstorm near y 189-192, Tempest Mill can hit 21 EU/t, the highest output of any Ala Industrial LV generator. The price of that stormy peak is weak clear-weather output (base 6 vs the Sky Mill's 8), so Tempest Mill rewards players who chase storms rather than altitude.

Tempest Mill holds 8000 EU in an internal buffer and emits LV-tier energy only from its back face, so the cable on the rear wall keeps working after the block evolves. There is no crafting recipe for Tempest Mill: the only way to obtain it is to evolve a basic Wind Turbine by installing a Wooden Rotor and a Lunar Evolution Chip, then letting the turbine run under open sky for about 33,600 active ticks (roughly 28 real minutes). The stored energy carries over on evolution. Tempest Mill needs an open sky above it and a clear 2x2 blade area in front, and overlapping blades with a neighbouring turbine stops both mills even in a full thunderstorm.
