Description

Raw Tin is the pickaxe drop from Tin Ore and Deepslate Tin Ore in the Ala Industrial mod for Minecraft 26.2 (Java Edition, Fabric and NeoForge). Mining either ore with a stone pickaxe or better yields one Raw Tin, while wood and gold pickaxes drop nothing. Fortune multiplies the drop, and Silk Touch returns the ore block itself instead. Tin Ore spawns in stone and deepslate at roughly the same depth band as copper, making tin the most common metal Ala Industrial adds.

Raw Tin feeds the tin chain that gates every early-game machine. A vanilla furnace, blast furnace, or Ala Industrial Electric Furnace (200 EU) smelts one Raw Tin into one Tin Ingot. The Macerator doubles the yield: one Raw Tin (300 EU, 150 ticks) becomes two Tin Dust, and each dust smelts into an ingot, so one Raw Tin equals two Tin Ingots through that route. Tin Ingots then become Tin Cables (LV tier, 8 EU/t), Electronic Circuits, Tin Plates, and Empty Cans. The mod's Industrialist villager also buys eight Raw Tin for one emerald at level 1.

How to process Raw Tin in Minecraft

    Locate Tin Ore in stone or deepslate at copper-band depths and mine the block with a stone pickaxe or better to drop one Raw Tin per ore.

    Place Raw Tin in a vanilla furnace, blast furnace, or Ala Industrial Electric Furnace (200 EU) to produce one Tin Ingot and 0.7 smelting experience.

    Feed Raw Tin into the Ala Industrial Macerator for 300 EU over 150 ticks to produce two Tin Dust instead of a single ingot.

Tip

Re-grinding a finished Tin Ingot in the Macerator yields only one Tin Dust. The doubling applies to Raw Tin and ore blocks only, so macerate before smelting for the maximum output.
