Neutron Reflector is a reactor component (an item placed inside the Nuclear Reactor) that raises the EU and heat output of neighboring fuel rods.
Description
Each reflected neutron pulse drains 1 durability from the Neutron Reflector; fuel rods emitting several pulses drain 2 or 4 per pulse instead. The 30,000 durability lasts roughly one and a half full reactor cycles next to a single uranium Fuel Rod before the component disintegrates. The Thick Neutron Reflector is crafted from 4 Neutron Reflectors and 5 Copper and carries 120,000 durability, while the Iridium Reflector never wears out at all. Place a Neutron Reflector in any reactor slot directly beside a fuel rod when efficiency matters more than the materials spent.
