LZH-Condensator is a nuclear reactor component in Industrial Craft 2 that eliminates heat instead of storing heat: every point of heat passed from an adjacent fuel rod or heat exchanger is destroyed on arrival, unlike a Coolant Cell that banks heat for later cooling. The capacity of LZH-Condensator is 100,000 heat — five times the 20,000 of the RSH-Condensator — and heat can never destroy the condensator: an exhausted condensator stays in the Nuclear Reactor at 0 health and can be repaired in place. Crafting one LZH-Condensator takes 4 Redstone in the corners, 1 Reactor Heat Vent on top, 1 Reactor Heat Exchanger at the bottom, 1 Block of Lapis Lazuli in the center and 2 RSH-Condensators on the sides of the grid.

Inside the Nuclear Reactor, LZH-Condensator accepts heat only from directly adjacent parts — fuel rods next to the condensator, or heat exchangers routing heat into the slot — and never pulls heat from the rest of the reactor. Repairs happen on a crafting grid: 1 Redstone restores up to 5,000 durability, 1 Lapis Lazuli restores up to 40,000, and because every repair burns resources, condensator-cooled builds count as a Single Use Coolant Configuration. A fluid reactor is the wrong home for LZH-Condensator: heat destroyed inside the condensator never reaches the reactor coolant, so the design that generates power from heat transfer loses the entire output. For a reactor that must simply erase dangerous heat spikes, LZH-Condensator is the strongest of the two condensator types.
