How to use the Ejector Upgrade in Minecraft

Craft the upgrade
Combine 1 Advanced Circuit, 1 Piston and 1 Redstone Dust on a crafting table to produce 1 Ejector Upgrade.

Open the machine GUI
Right-click an IC2 machine such as a Macerator or Compressor and locate the four upgrade slots in the top-right panel.

Insert the Ejector Upgrade
Place the Ejector Upgrade in an upgrade slot. The machine immediately begins pushing finished output once per tick.

Set the eject face
Hold another Ejector Upgrade in your hand and shift-right-click the face of the machine you want the output to exit through.

Stack for speed
Add up to 4 Ejector Upgrades total to multiply eject speed and keep up with high-throughput Macerator or Compressor builds.
