Crafting one Reactor Heat Vent takes eight Copper in a ring around a single Heat Vent on the crafting grid. Four Gold placed around a Reactor Heat Vent craft an Overclocked Heat Vent. The Lzh Condensator recipe also lists a Reactor Heat Vent among its components. A Nuclear Reactor layout that needs direct hull cooling uses Reactor Heat Vent, because hull venting is exactly what the plain Heat Vent lacks.
