Description
Charging Lapotron Crystal recharges every item the lower charging tiers handle, plus Lapotron Crystals and all QuantumSuit parts. QuantumSuit pieces must sit in the action bar to be recharged, because equipped armor is never charged in place and charging items never charge each other. An MFSU storage unit is the only EU storage block that recharges Charging Lapotron Crystal, since lower-tier storage blocks cannot deliver power tier 4.

Collect four Advanced Heat Exchangers, four Lapotron Crystals, and one Charging Energy Crystal for the recipe.

Place the four Advanced Heat Exchangers in the corner cells of the 3x3 crafting grid.

Put one Lapotron Crystal in each edge cell of the grid and the Charging Energy Crystal in the center.

Carry the finished recharger
Pick up the crafted Charging Lapotron Crystal. Charging then works from an inventory slot and from the action bar.

Right-click with Charging Lapotron Crystal in hand to cycle between disabled, action-bar-only charging, and full charging.
Charging Lapotron Crystal never charges another charging item, and equipped QuantumSuit armor must be moved to the action bar first. Only an MFSU can recharge Charging Lapotron Crystal.
