Energy Clot I is the entry tier of Ala Industrial's three clot items: it appears in the Energy Condenser's output slot once the bank holds 250,000 EU.
Description
The item itself is a material, not a battery — the EU are spent the moment it forms, it cannot power a machine, and no recipe breaks it back down into energy. Energy Clot I has one consumer: the Overclocker Chip I, assembled on a crafting table from the clot, an Empty Chip, two gold ingots and one redstone. The chips stack in a ladder, so the machine-speed branch swallows one clot of every tier, and its first step runs a machine at 1.25x speed — a Macerator grind drops from 150 to 120 ticks — while the draw doubles from 2 to 4 EU/t. The condenser accepts up to 128 EU/t of leftover power (one MV packet) and banks only surplus a hungry grid would waste. Energy Clot I belongs to Ala Industrial for Minecraft 26.2 (Java Edition) and works identically on Fabric and NeoForge.

Connect an Energy Condenser to a grid that produces more than the machines consume — the device banks only the leftover electricity a hungry grid would lose.

Let the bank grow to 250,000 EU
The output slot stays empty below 250,000 EU: that is the price of the tier-I clot, the first rung before tier II at 1,000,000 EU and tier III at 4,000,000 EU.

Do not grab the clot too early
At 950,000 banked EU the slot still holds a tier-I clot; taking it burns the 700,000 above the price, while waiting to a full million yields Energy Clot II instead.

Extract and let the bank reset
Pull the clot by hand, hopper or pipe — the bank drops to zero however full it was, so plan the next cycle right after the extraction.

Craft the Overclocker Chip I
Combine the Energy Clot I with an Empty Chip, two gold ingots and one redstone on a crafting table to build the first machine overclocker.
The clot tier is fixed by the bank level at the moment of extraction, and no upgrade speeds clot growth — only more condensers and thicker wiring shorten the wait for the next clot.
