AlaCraft is a free helper site for Minecraft players: a set of tools plus a reference wiki, all of it running right in the browser, with no sign-up and nothing to download.
There are close to twenty tools, and they fall into two halves. The generators put together what takes ages to write by hand: a banner, a firework, a server greeting, a coloured chat message, an advancement, a potion, dyed leather armour. The calculators work out what you cannot do in your head: experience and levels, stacks and chests, coordinates between dimensions, and the spot where the stronghold with the portal stands.
The seed map sits apart: you type in a world number and see the biomes and structures before you have even loaded the game. Beside it are the flat world generator, the three-dimensional block editor and the builder for your own recipes.
The reference half is the crafting database, a block catalogue with detailed write-ups, biomes, paintings and item codes. All of it in seven languages. Every section has its own page, and here they are laid out as tiles: press the one you need and you are inside.
