Craft the pipe
Combine 6 Fluid Pipes, 2 Shielding Plates and 1 Reinforced Shielding Plate to get 6 Reinforced Fluid Pipes at once.

Place it only inside the room
Use the Reinforced Fluid Pipe exclusively inside a sealed reactor room; an ordinary Fluid Pipe there melts into lava about once every 8 seconds while the reactor is running.

Connect the Inlet to the Columns
Run it from the Reactor Inlet to each Reactor Column — the pipe carries 50 mB per tick, exactly what the inlet lets through.

Set side modes with the Wrench
Right-click a face with the Wrench to switch it between draw and pour, the same controls as the ordinary Fluid Pipe.
Outside the sealed room the reactor cannot melt anything, so route water there with the cheaper ordinary Fluid Pipe and switch to the reinforced one only at the wall.
