Palladium Plate
Palladium Plate is the pressed form of one palladium ingot in Ala Industrial, made by the Compressor for 260 EU of energy or by hand with a Forge Hammer.
Description
Palladium Plate is the form the metal takes inside advanced electronics: one Reactor Control Circuit costs 4 plates, and the Advanced Choke adds 1 Palladium Plate on top of its silver plates. A leftover Palladium Plate is never wasted, because the Macerator grinds one back into a single palladium dust for 300 EU with no doubling, and only the Electric Furnace smelts palladium dust into an ingot. Palladium Plate stacks to 64, so a full Nether haul waits in one chest slot until the reactor build begins.

How to get a Palladium Plate in Ala Industrial

Mine palladium ore in the Nether
Bring a diamond pickaxe to the lower Nether between Y 8 and Y 32: palladium hides in veins of up to 4 blocks, and an iron pickaxe drops nothing.

Turn the ore into palladium ingots
Smelt raw palladium in any furnace for one Palladium Ingot per piece, or grind the ore in the Macerator into 2 Palladium Dust and smelt the dust in the Electric Furnace to double the yield.

Press the ingot in the Compressor
Load one Palladium Ingot into the Compressor: the job takes 130 ticks at 2 EU/t and finishes for a total of 260 EU, leaving one Palladium Plate.

Hammer a plate by hand
Place a Forge Hammer and a Palladium Ingot on any crafting grid while machines are still ahead: the hammer stays in the grid and loses only 1 of its 128 durability per plate.
The Macerator grinds one Palladium Plate back into a single Palladium Dust for 300 EU — no doubling — and only the Electric Furnace reads the mod's palladium dust smelting recipes.
