Item Pipe
Item Pipe moves items between chests and machines at 2 items per second, with no power cost and a wrench-configurable side.
Description
Item Pipe is crafted from 8 silver ingots around an iron gear and yields 8 pipes per recipe for Minecraft 26.2 on Fabric or NeoForge. Each side switches between four roles with a right-click of the wrench: EXTRACT pulls from the neighbor, INSERT pushes into it, NEUTRAL passes both ways, and DISABLED closes the side. The role shows on the model itself — an orange mouth takes, a teal nozzle gives — and Item Pipe never loses or duplicates items, so if the target inventory is full the pipe simply waits for room.

1
Place the pipe line
Lay Item Pipe blocks in a line from the source chest to the destination inventory.
-
2
Set the source side to EXTRACT
Right-click the side facing the source chest with a wrench until it shows an orange mouth — that side now pulls items out.
-

Right-click the side facing the target until it shows a teal nozzle, so Item Pipe pushes items in.
-
4
Let it run

Item Pipe transfers 2 items per second, so a full stack of 64 takes about 32 seconds end to end.
