Insulated Boots are the footwear of the four-piece insulated set in the Ala Industrial mod for Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition: every worn piece absorbs 25% of the shock damage a live bare cable deals, and all four together block the damage completely. Insulated Boots give leather-line protection — 1 armor point — because the set is workwear for live wiring rather than battle gear, and Insulated Boots hold no EU charge of their own. Durability pays for what the set stops: contact with a wire strikes once per second and costs a full set 1 point per LV shock, 2 per MV and 3 per HV, so the 325 durability of Insulated Boots buys about five and a half minutes of unbroken contact with a copper cable.

Insulated Boots are crafted shapelessly from Leather Boots and a Slimeball at a crafting table and repaired with leather on an anvil. A slime swamp arrives long before oil and rubber in Ala Industrial, and a slime ball cannot become cable insulation at all, which places the set in the window between the first bare copper line and the first Insulated Copper Cable. Ordinary armor already reduces electric shock and the set's share stacks on top of that; a broken piece stops protecting, so keep Insulated Boots repaired. The insulated set does nothing against radiation — that line belongs to Shielding Boots — and once the wiring is redone with insulated cable, Insulated Boots can come off for good.
