Industrial Workbench is the villager job-site block of the Ala Industrial mod for Minecraft 26.2 (Java Edition): a steel table with a vise that turns an unemployed adult villager into an Industrialist, exactly like a vanilla blast furnace creates an armorer. Craft one Industrial Workbench from two Tin Ingots across the top and four planks below on a 3×3 grid — the same layout as a vanilla smithing table — and place it next to a villager with no profession: he walks over, claims the block and takes the job. One Industrial Workbench employs exactly one villager, and the block itself needs no EU: it is a trading post, not a machine. The block breaks with a pickaxe (hardness 2.5, blast resistance 6.0) and works identically on Fabric and NeoForge.

The Industrialist buys the mod's resources for emeralds: 8 Raw Tin, 24 Coal Dust or 12 Copper Dust at Novice; 3 Silver or Nickel Ingots, or 10 Lapis Dust, at Apprentice; 2 Uranium Ingots, 4 Gold Dust or 6 Iron Dust at Journeyman. At Expert he takes 1 Tempered Iron Pickaxe for an emerald and sells a Tempered Iron ingot for 6; at Master he sells components — 1 Electronic Circuit for 5 emeralds, 2 Copper Coils for 3, 1 Iron Gear for 4 — and these prices never drop with reputation or curing. Each level shows 2 of 3 possible trades picked at random, so two Industrialists rarely offer the same list. In newly generated villages of all five biomes a small stone Industrialist house can appear with the workbench, a bed and the villager inside; in old worlds you craft the Industrial Workbench yourself.
