Tritium
Tritium is the radioactive isotope bred from Lithium inside an IndustrialCraft 2 nuclear reactor and used as fusion fuel in the Fusion Reactor.
Description
Tritium Fuel Rods exist to feed the IndustrialCraft 2 Fusion Reactor together with Deuterium, delivering far more energy than the uranium that bred them. A single Fusion Reactor run consumes Tritium and Deuterium cells to produce millions of EU, which is why late-game IC2 bases invest in a dedicated Lithium farm and a continuously running fission reactor just to supply Tritium. Players store Tritium in the reactor chamber or in cans next to the Fusion Reactor, and the rare isotope becomes the long-term bottleneck for any base that wants to move past uranium power.

Obtain Lithium and craft a Lithium Fuel Rod; this is the input material that the reactor will irradiate.

Build or start a Nuclear Reactor
Place a Nuclear Reactor with a Reactor Chamber and load it with at least one Uranium or MOX Fuel Rod to create neutron flux.

Place the Lithium Fuel Rod next to Uranium or MOX
Insert the Lithium Fuel Rod into a slot adjacent to a Uranium or MOX Fuel Rod so neutrons can reach it during the reactor cycle.

Wait for the reactor cycle to finish
Run the reactor through a full cycle; the neutron irradiation converts the Lithium Fuel Rod into a ready Tritium Fuel Rod.
