The Electric Hoe is an EU-powered farming tool from Industrial Craft 2 Experimental that tills dirt and grass into farmland far faster than a vanilla iron hoe. The Electric Hoe is built around an RE Battery and an Electronic Circuit, giving it an internal buffer of 10,000 EU and a Low Voltage charging tier (32 EU/t). Each till action on dirt or grass consumes roughly 50 EU, so one full charge of the Electric Hoe powers about 200 single-block tills before the tool stops working silently at 0 EU. The Electric Hoe in IC2 Experimental converts a 3x3 area per right-click, which makes it the standard tool for large IC2 crop farms like Stickreed, Hops, and pumpkin plots.
