Construction Foam Powder (CF Powder) is an Industrial Craft 2 item crafted on a crafting table from 6 Stone Dust, 2 Sand, and 1 Clay Ball. Each CF Powder is enriched with 1000 mB of water in a Canning Machine to produce 1000 mB of fluid Construction Foam, which is loaded into a CF Sprayer or a CFPack. The sprayer spends 100 mB per foam block, so a single CF Powder covers ten blocks — encasing IC2 cables, walls, and reactor shells in soft sprayed foam.
Sprayed foam hardens into paintable Construction Foam Walls with an explosion resistance of 60, shrugging off TNT, Industrial TNT, and Creepers; foam sprayed onto Iron Scaffolding hardens into Reinforced Stone instead, the recommended material against reactor blasts.
