The Fermenter is the LV machine of the Ala Industrial tech mod for Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition, running on both Fabric and NeoForge, that turns organic waste into fuel. One batch takes organic matter, 100 mB of water and 600 EU over 300 ticks (15 seconds) at 2 EU/t: biofuel always pours into the machine's own 10,000 mB tank, while biomass drops into the result slot with a 6–50% chance set by the feedstock. The internal buffer holds 800 EU and the input tops out at 32 EU/t, the LV ceiling. Feedstock comes in three tiers: four cheap items like grass brew 20 mB of biofuel, two common crops like wheat brew 60 mB, and one rich item like a golden carrot brews 150 mB — a full bucket costs 30,000 EU in garden litter against 4,000 EU in golden carrots. While a batch runs, the Fermenter glows at light level 13, breaks with a pickaxe (hardness 3.0, blast resistance 6.0) and keeps no contents once removed.

The Fermenter opens the organic chain of Ala Industrial: biofuel distills into nutrient solution inside the Distillation Column, and the Sprinkler sprays that solution back onto the fields feeding the machine. The plumbing is foolproof — water fills from any face, biofuel leaves only through the bottom face, and the two 10,000 mB tanks cannot be crossed. The crafting recipe is shaped: four Iron Plates in the corners, a Bucket at top center, two Copper Plates flanking a Machine Casing and an Electronic Circuit at bottom center. Six slots cover input, containers and output, and the upgrade panel takes Overclocker Chips that shorten batches at a higher EU/t. A Garden Drone Station next to the Fermenter hauls the harvest in and turns the loop into a hands-off fuel farm.
