Electric Heater
Electric Heater is the LV heat block for the Vulcanizer: after a ten-second warm-up it lifts rubber output to ×3, drawing 6 EU/tick only while the machine above works.
Description
Together with the Vulcanizer (2 EU/tick) the Electric Heater draws 8 EU/tick, which still fits a copper cable (12 EU/tick); one heated batch brings three rubber for 1600 EU, and the first trio after a cold start costs 2800 EU. Cooling runs twice as slow as warming (about twenty seconds) and is free, and while the machine above waits for work the heater holds its temperature. The right-click screen has no slots — only an energy bar and a warm-up thermometer — and the four-step glow is readable without opening the screen. With Overclockers in the machine above, the heater pays the same multiplier: step II (24 EU/tick) is the practical ceiling, because step III asks 48 EU/tick from the 32 EU/tick LV input. Craft the Electric Heater from two redstone dust, one gold ingot, four iron ingots, one machine casing and one electronic circuit; lava or magma under the Vulcanizer give a free ×2 with no warm-up, a campfire ×1 — only the Electric Heater reaches ×3. Mine it with a pickaxe; it drops itself.

Craft the Electric Heater
Place two redstone dust in the top corners of a crafting table with a gold ingot between them, iron ingots down both sides, a machine casing in the centre and an electronic circuit at the bottom-centre.

Place it directly under a Vulcanizer
The Electric Heater heats only the block immediately above it, so the Vulcanizer must stand right on top — a one-block gap breaks the pair completely.

Run an LV cable to the heater
The Electric Heater accepts up to 32 EU/tick through its side faces; a copper cable (12 EU/tick) carries the 8 EU/tick that the heater plus Vulcanizer draw together.

Wait out the warm-up
For about ten seconds (200 ticks, 1200 EU) the thermometer on the screen climbs while the block glows brighter — the Vulcanizer above starts the moment it is full and yields three rubber per batch.

Keep pauses short and overclock carefully
Cooling takes about twenty seconds and is free, and the Electric Heater holds its temperature while the machine above waits; on Overclocker step III the pair would ask 48 EU/tick from a 32 EU/tick LV input, so step II is the practical ceiling.
Until the warm-up finishes, the Electric Heater gives no heat at all: lava or magma under the Vulcanizer start working instantly but stop at ×2.
