Description
Yellow Wool anchors the yellow crafting family: three wool blocks above any three planks craft a yellow bed, two wool blocks craft three yellow carpets, one wool block plus one stick crafts a yellow banner with a fixed base color, and eight sticks around any wool craft a painting whose image ignores the wool color. Yellow Wool doubles as a deep dark tool: sculk sensors cannot hear walking, sprinting, jumping, placing, or breaking on wool, wardens share the same deafness, and a wool block between a sculk sensor and a vibration source mutes the signal. In Java Edition one Yellow Wool smelts 0.5 items as furnace fuel. Yellow Wool ignites easily and catches fire from lava, so keep flames and lava away from wool builds.
