Find a Warped Stem
Travel to a warped forest in the Nether and locate the tall teal trunks of a huge warped fungus.

Strip it with an axe
Hold any axe and right-click the Warped Stem; the bark is removed and it becomes Stripped Warped Stem.

Mine and collect
Break the stripped block with an axe for the fastest speed, then pick up the dropped block.

Place or craft it
Place it along any axis for builds, or craft it into 4 Warped Planks or 3 Stripped Warped Hyphae.
Unlike Oak or Spruce logs, Stripped Warped Stem comes from the Nether and cannot be set on fire, making it safe to build with near lava.
