Chop a warped tree in the Warped Forest of the Nether to collect Warped Stem blocks.

Strip the stem with an axe
Hold any axe and use it on a Warped Stem to turn it into Stripped Warped Stem.

Craft the hyphae block
Place four Stripped Warped Stem in a 2x2 crafting grid to make three Stripped Warped Hyphae with stripped bark on every face.
Like all Nether wood, Stripped Warped Hyphae cannot burn and is safe to build with next to lava or fire.
