Tempered Grinding Blades are the middle grade of Recycler blade set in the Ala Industrial mod, one step above Iron Grinding Blades and one below Diamond Grinding Blades. The Recycler grinds exactly one item per operation, and every ground item costs the blade set one point of durability, so a fresh Tempered Grinding Blades set lasts 768 items — three times the 256-item lifetime of the iron grade. The ×1.4 speed of the tempered grade cuts the base 40-tick (2-second) grind to about 28 ticks, and scrap metal no longer halves the pace the way iron blades suffer. A durability bar keeps every set to a single inventory slot, so the blades never stack. Ala Industrial runs on Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition only, identically on Fabric and NeoForge.

The recipe chain starts from Iron Grinding Blades — four iron ingots around a Basic Bearing with an Iron Gear in the bottom slot. One smelting run in any furnace, vanilla, iron or electric, turns one iron set into one Tempered Grinding Blades set. Inside the Recycler the blades occupy a single dedicated slot; the LV machine draws 8 EU/t from its 800 EU buffer and refuses to run with no blades installed. A full 64-mass batch built from 16 blocks costs about 3584 EU at this grade, and the ash bin collects 3 ash per batch against 4 with iron. Tempered Grinding Blades are also the stepping stone to the top grade: four diamonds around the set plus a Reinforced Bearing below craft Diamond Grinding Blades with a 2048-item lifetime.
