The Netherite Drill Head is a crafting component of the Ala Industrial tech mod for Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition — the pre-assembled part from which the Netherite-Tipped Electric Drill, the third tier of the drill line, is finished at a smithing table. The recipe is shaped on an ordinary crafting bench: three Netherite Scrap fill the top row, with one Netherite Alloy Ingot, one Electrum Gear and a second Netherite Alloy Ingot in the row below. The layout exists for a mechanical reason: a smithing table offers only three slots, and template, drill and netherite materials would not all fit, so the Netherite Drill Head folds the materials into a single piece. The recipe unlocks in the recipe book once all three ingredients have been in the inventory.

In the smithing combine, the Netherite Drill Head takes the addition slot beside the smithing template and the Diamond-Tipped Electric Drill. The finished Netherite-Tipped Electric Drill mines at speed 12.0 against 10.0 on the diamond tier (a vanilla netherite pickaxe sits at 9.0), deals 7 damage instead of 6, and carries a 15,000 EU buffer against the 10,000 of the two tiers below — roughly 300 blocks per charge at the unchanged 50 EU per block. The mining tier stays diamond, and both charge and the switchable Silk Touch mode carry over from the diamond tier. Ala Industrial runs on Java Edition only, on both Fabric and NeoForge loaders, the Netherite Drill Head stacks to 64, and the whole drill line belongs to the LV tier and charges at up to 32 EU/t.
