Description

Creation Chip is the Ala Industrial chip that selects the Incubator's creation program, the most energy-hungry operation in the mod. Slot it into the Incubator's chip port and each irradiation cycle spends 8000 EU over 1000 ticks (about 50 seconds) trying to turn an ordinary item into a brand-new mod material. The base success chance is 25%, raised toward a 95% ceiling by gene bonuses, so the creation program is deliberately the riskiest and slowest of the three mutation modes. Every run also burns uranium fuel: one uranium ingot powers three attempts before it burns to ash, and a small share of failures leave irradiated slag behind. The four create recipes in the current release convert amethyst shards into Resonant Shards, diamonds into Irradiated Diamonds, lapis lazuli into Mutagen Dust, and depleted uranium into Unstable Isotopes. Creation Chip itself is crafted on a crafting table from an Empty Chip framed by a diamond and an Echo Shard, with a uranium plate underneath, a late-game recipe that signals these materials gate endgame tech. The Incubator draws 8 EU per tick from an 8000 EU internal buffer and respects the LV tier ceiling of 32 EU per tick, so the chip behaves identically on Fabric and NeoForge for Minecraft 26.2.

How to use a Creation Chip in Ala Industrial

    Craft the chip

    On a crafting table, place an Empty Chip with a diamond to its left, an Echo Shard to its right, and a uranium plate below it to assemble the Creation Chip.

    Install it in the Incubator

    Place the Creation Chip into the Incubator's chip slot to switch the machine to its creation program.

    Supply uranium fuel

    Drop a uranium ingot into the fuel slot; one ingot powers three creation attempts before burning to ash.

    Insert the base item the recipe asks for, such as an amethyst shard or a diamond, into the input slot.

    Power and wait for a result

    Feed the Incubator at least 8000 EU; each attempt runs 1000 ticks with a 25% base chance of producing the new material.

The creation program has the lowest base success chance of the three mutation modes, so expect several failed attempts before a successful mutation.
