Description
Item Frame is crafted from eight sticks around one leather, creating a simple display mount. It can hold almost any item or block icon, then rotate the contents through eight positions with repeated interaction. Modern placement supports walls, floors, and ceilings, making labels, trophies, map rooms, and shop signs easy to arrange.
The block has a useful redstone side: a comparator reads the rotation and outputs a signal strength based on the displayed angle. That turns a decorative object into a hidden dial for doors, puzzles, locks, and selection panels. Breaking the mount drops both the frame and its contents, so it remains convenient for temporary layouts.
