Diesel Bucket
A vanilla-style bucket from Ala Industrial holding 1000 mB of diesel — the golden-yellow light fraction condensed at the Distillation Column's top.
Description
Every distillation spends 1000 mB of oil and 400 EU over 200 ticks (about 10 seconds) and condenses 700 mB of diesel into the top tank while 200 mB of fuel oil settles at the bottom; a Rectification Section mounted on the tower's top cuts losses from 10% to 5% and raises the diesel yield to 750 mB. The top tank holds 10 000 mB and is extract-only — once it fills, the whole column freezes (no EU spent, no oil consumed), so keeping the Diesel Bucket or a pump busy is part of running the tower. In the world diesel behaves like water: it spreads, does not burn and harms nothing, and two sources never spawn a third, so the fluid cannot be farmed. Diesel is also the densest fuel in the mod's plans: the planned liquid-fuel generator will burn it at 12 EU/t (12 000 EU per bucket, twice fuel oil's 6 EU/t), and the fluid already sits in the c:combustion_fuels tag with fuel oil and lava. The mod runs on Minecraft 26.2 (Java Edition) on both Fabric and NeoForge.

Guide
How to get and use the Diesel Bucket in Minecraft
-
1
Run the Distillation Column on oil
Feed the column 1000 mB of oil and 400 EU: in about 10 seconds it condenses 700 mB of diesel at the top while 200 mB of fuel oil settles at the bottom.
-
2
Watch the top tank
The diesel tank holds 10 000 mB and is extract-only; once it fills, the whole column halts until the diesel is drained.
-
3
Fill an empty bucket
Place an empty bucket into the diesel slot of the column's interface to receive a Diesel Bucket, or set a pump against the tower's top to move bulk diesel into tanks.
-
4
Squeeze out more diesel
Mount a Rectification Section on the tower's top: losses drop from 10% to 5% and every run yields 750 mB of diesel instead of 700 mB. Cracking the fuel-oil by-product (1000 mB + 400 EU) adds another 600 mB of diesel.
The Diesel Bucket stacks to 1 and is never crafted — no recipe exists. The liquid-fuel generator that will burn diesel at 12 EU/t is not in the current LV release.

Frequently asked questions
Can you craft the Diesel Bucket?
No. There is no recipe — the item only appears when an empty bucket is filled at the diesel slot of the Distillation Column or scooped from diesel poured into the world.
How much diesel does one bucket of oil make?
Distilling 1000 mB of oil yields 700 mB of diesel and 200 mB of fuel oil, so two buckets of oil are needed for one full Diesel Bucket.
Can you burn diesel in the Generator?
No. The Generator accepts only solid vanilla furnace fuels and the Geothermal Generator runs on lava alone. Burning diesel at 12 EU/t is the job of the planned liquid-fuel generator, which is not released yet.
What happens when the column's diesel tank fills up?
The top tank stops at 10 000 mB and the whole column freezes — no EU is spent and no oil is consumed — until the diesel is drained with a bucket or a pump.
Can you get more diesel out of the same oil?
Yes. A Rectification Section mounted on the tower's top raises the yield to 750 mB per run, and cracking the fuel-oil by-product (1000 mB plus 400 EU) converts it into 600 mB of diesel.
Is diesel dangerous?
No. In the world it behaves like water: it spreads, does not burn and deals no damage.
