Diamond Chest is the top tier of the Ala Industrial chest ladder: 108 slots in twelve rows of nine, reached through a six-row window with a scrollbar. The recipe follows the ladder's rule — eight diamonds around one Electrum Chest, the tier below (the ladder reads iron 36 → silver 45 → gold 54 → electrum 81 → diamond 108). Diamond Chest needs no energy: it is passive storage with no cables and no EU draw, and the window stays six rows tall on purpose — a taller panel would not fit the screen height the game guarantees, so capacity grows by scrolling instead. The chest runs in Minecraft 26.2 Java Edition on both Fabric and NeoForge.

Two Diamond Chests placed side by side pair into a double chest of 216 slots — only same-tier chests pair, so an electrum neighbour stays single. The blast resistance of 1200, the ancient-debris figure, makes Diamond Chest immune to TNT, creepers and charged creepers: an explosion spends its whole budget on such a block, and the chest even shields whatever stands behind it. The one exception is the wither, whose ram checks the wither_immune tag instead of the resistance number. Hoppers, item pipes and a comparator work with Diamond Chest like with any other chest, and a Stock Display Frame hung beside it shows the item count inside.
