Crafting Guide
How to craft Chiseled Sulfur in Minecraft 26.2
-
1
Craft Sulfur Slabs first
Place three Sulfur blocks in a horizontal row in any crafting grid to produce six Sulfur Slabs. You need only two Slabs to craft one Chiseled Sulfur block.
-
2
Stack two Slabs vertically in a crafting table
Open a crafting table and place one Sulfur Slab in any grid cell, then place a second Slab directly below it in the same column. This vertical pair yields one Chiseled Sulfur.
-
3
Use a stonecutter as an alternative
In Java Edition, place any Sulfur block in the stonecutter to receive one Chiseled Sulfur. In Bedrock Edition the stonecutter also accepts Polished Sulfur and Sulfur Bricks as input.
-
4
Place it as decorative trim
Chiseled Sulfur works as an altar tile, pillar face, or floor medallion in Sulfur Caves builds. Its carved Sulfur Cube face pattern contrasts sharply with plain Sulfur, Polished Sulfur, and Sulfur Bricks.
Chiseled Sulfur is purely decorative — it has no redstone, lighting, or interactive functionality. Its only purpose is visual.
