Music Disc 11 is a rare, eerie Minecraft disc that drops when a skeleton kills a creeper; its damaged 71-second track plays in a jukebox.
Description
You cannot craft Music Disc 11, and it generates in no structure chest: the only way to obtain it is a creeper killed by a skeleton — strays and bogged count in both editions. A creeper that dies to a skeleton arrow drops one random disc out of 12, Music Disc 11 among them. The disc existed since Java 1.0.0 but only became survival-obtainable in Java 1.4.4 (Bedrock: since 1.2.0). Right-click a jukebox with the disc to play it, break the jukebox to recover it, and a redstone comparator reads signal strength 11 while it plays. The disc behaves identically in Java and Bedrock Edition.

At night or in a cave, locate a creeper and a skeleton close to each other — you need both alive at the same time.

Let the skeleton kill the creeper
Stand behind the creeper so the skeleton's arrows hit it instead of you; the killing blow must come from the skeleton, so do not attack it yourself.

Pick up the dropped disc
A creeper killed by a skeleton always drops one random disc out of 12; pick it up and repeat until the drop is Music Disc 11. Discs only stack to a single item per inventory slot.

Set a jukebox, crafted from 8 wooden planks and 1 diamond, on any solid surface near you.

Play the track and read the comparator
Right-click the jukebox while holding Music Disc 11 to start the eerie "eleven" recording; a redstone comparator against the jukebox reads a signal strength of 11.
Strays and bogged make creepers drop discs in both editions, so a snowy plain or a swamp works as well as a cave. Use a lead to pull the creeper in front of the skeleton and line the shot up.
