Description

Tuff Bricks are the brick variant of tuff, generated abundantly in trial chambers as the primary ceiling and wall block of many rooms. Any pickaxe works — mined Tuff Bricks drop as an item, while mining without a pickaxe drops nothing. Four Polished Tuff arranged in a 2×2 crafting grid yield four Tuff Bricks. A stonecutter offers the second route: one Tuff or one Polished Tuff converts into Tuff Bricks one-for-one. Tuff Bricks have hardness 1.5 and blast resistance 6, stack up to 64, and stay non-renewable (a finite supply that cannot be farmed endlessly).

Tuff Bricks anchor the whole family in crafting: three blocks yield six Tuff Brick Slabs, six blocks yield four Tuff Brick Stairs, and six blocks yield six Tuff Brick Walls. A stonecutter adds Chiseled Tuff Bricks to the range and cuts two Tuff Brick Slabs from a single block. Builders recreating the trial chambers aesthetic pair Tuff Bricks with plain Tuff and Polished Tuff from the same family.
