Description

Pink Wool is the pink variant of Minecraft's sixteen wool colors, crafted by combining one wool block with one pink dye (one dye colors one block). Shears are the fastest tool: shears break Pink Wool in 0.25 seconds, and shearing an adult pink sheep yields 1–3 wool at a time. Pink sheep do spawn naturally, but rarely, and apprentice shepherd villagers sell Pink Wool for 1 emerald with 16 in stock (68% chance in Java Edition, 50% in Bedrock Edition). Pink Wool never generates in woodland mansions, because mansions skip the pink, magenta, and purple colors, so dyeing or trading is the dependable supply.
Sculk sensors and wardens cannot detect footsteps, dropped items, or block placement on Pink Wool, a dampening trait that turns pink floors into silent walkways for ancient-city raids. Hardness 0.8 and blast resistance 0.8 leave Pink Wool quick to break and weak against explosions. Pink Wool also crafts into pink beds, banners, and carpets, and any wool color works for paintings.
