Throwable Enderman drop that instantly teleports the thrower to the landing point, dealing 5 damage on arrival and enabling rapid traversal of any terrain.
Description
Throwing it teleports the player wherever it lands, even across gaps or over walls if the arc clears an opening. The 5-damage arrival cost is fully negated by landing in water, making puddles, water buckets placed ahead, and boats useful pads for long throws. Chorus fruit offers a cheaper random teleport alternative but cannot be aimed.
Ender pearls combine with blaze powder to craft Eyes of Ender, which are required to locate and activate the Stronghold portal. In PvP they enable quick gap-closing, escaping enclosed spaces, and crossing large voids. Technical players build pearl stasis chambers — a pearl suspended in bubble columns — to trigger teleportation at a precise future moment.

Get Ender Pearls
Kill Endermen for a 50% drop chance, raised by the Looting enchantment, or barter gold ingots to Piglins in the Nether. Endermen spawn at night in the Overworld and across the End.

Throw to teleport
Use the item (right-click) to throw the Ender Pearl; you teleport to wherever it lands, even across gaps or onto ledges a jump cannot reach.

Cancel the arrival damage
Teleporting with an Ender Pearl deals 5 damage on arrival. Aim into water — a puddle, a pre-placed bucket, or a boat — to negate that damage completely.

Craft an Eye of Ender
Combine one Ender Pearl with one Blaze Powder to make an Eye of Ender, used to locate the Stronghold and activate the End portal.
Ender Pearls stack only to 16, so carry several for long traversal. A short throw cooldown applies right after teleporting.
