Cyan Wool
Cyan Wool is a re-dyeable building block made from any wool plus cyan dye, and wool hides movement from sculk sensors (vibration detectors).
Description
Cyan Wool crafts into the cyan bed (matching wool plus any planks), the banner (matching wool plus a stick), and the carpet, while the painting recipe accepts any wool color without changing the painting's look. The tactical signature of Cyan Wool is silence: a wool block between a sculk sensor and a vibration source stops the signal, sculk sensors cannot detect wool being placed or broken, walking, sprinting, or jumping on wool, or items dropped on wool, and the Warden shares every one of those blind spots. Cyan Wool burns (flammability 30, ignites from lava), and in Java Edition wool serves as furnace fuel, smelting 0.5 items per block.

Combine one Blue Dye with one Green Dye on the crafting grid to produce two Cyan Dye.

Place one block of any wool color together with one cyan dye on the crafting grid; the grid returns one Cyan Wool, and even previously dyed wool accepts the new color.

Keep cyan sheep
Use cyan dye on a sheep, then shear the adult sheep for 1–3 Cyan Wool; a dyed sheep regrows wool in the same cyan color, and baby sheep cannot be sheared.

Carry shears instead of other tools: shears break Cyan Wool in 0.25 seconds, while any other tool needs 1.2 seconds.

Loot cyan wool from ancient cities, which generate blue, cyan, and light blue wool, and check woodland mansions, which build with every wool color except magenta, pink, and purple.
Place Cyan Wool between a sculk sensor and any vibration source: the sculk sensor then detects nothing behind the wool, misses Cyan Wool being placed or broken, and never notices players walking, sprinting, or jumping on Cyan Wool — the Warden shares every one of those blind spots.

Frequently asked questions
Do cyan sheep spawn naturally?
No. Natural sheep colors are white, black, gray, light gray, brown, and pink; a cyan sheep exists only after a player uses cyan dye on a sheep.
Do Fortune or Looting increase Cyan Wool drops?
No. Shearing always yields 1–3 Cyan Wool, killing an unshorn sheep drops exactly 1, and neither enchantment changes those numbers.
Can Cyan Wool be found in loot chests?
No. Chest loot includes only black, white, gray, light gray, and brown wool; cyan wool comes from crafting, sheep, or generated structures.
How do you turn Cyan Wool white again?
On Java Edition, re-dye the block with white dye, because any wool accepts any color. On Bedrock or Education Edition, crafting dyed wool with bleach also returns white wool.
