Bowl
Bowl is a reusable wooden container for stews, soups, and suspicious stew.
Description
The item matters most in early survival and themed builds. Mooshrooms can fill bowls directly with stew, villages and farms provide soup ingredients, and suspicious stew can carry short potion-like effects from specific flowers. Because bowls use any wood plank, they are cheap on almost every seed and easy to restock before exploration.

How to craft and use a Bowl in Minecraft
-
1
Collect wood planks
Turn logs into planks at a crafting table; you need at least three planks of any wood type.
-
2
Craft four bowls
Place one plank in the left and right slots and one in the bottom-center slot to form a V shape, producing four bowls at once.
-
3
Make a soup or stew
Combine a bowl with ingredients to craft mushroom stew, beetroot soup, rabbit stew, or suspicious stew, or use a bowl on a Mooshroom for instant mushroom stew.
-
4
Eat and reuse
Eat the dish to restore hunger; the empty bowl returns to your inventory so you can refill it again.
Suspicious stew grants a short status effect based on the flower used in the recipe, such as Night Vision from a poppy or Jump Boost from a cornflower.
