Warped Pressure Plate is a Nether-wood trigger that emits the maximum redstone signal, strength 15, when stepped on.
Description
Warped Pressure Plate reacts to players, mobs, dropped items, arrows and experience orbs, but ignores players in spectator mode. After activation, the plate checks every 20 game ticks (one second) whether anyone is still on top and pops back up once the plate is empty. Because Warped Pressure Plate costs only two planks, the plate suits door traps and hidden entrances.

Two warped planks placed side by side in one row of the crafting grid craft one Warped Pressure Plate.

Place the plate
Warped Pressure Plate is placed on top of a block with a full top surface, such as stone, while leaves cannot hold the plate. The side or bottom of a block never holds the plate either.

Read the signal
Warped Pressure Plate emits signal strength 15 for as long as a player, mob or dropped item stands on the plate.

Remove the plate
Any tool or a bare hand breaks Warped Pressure Plate, and the plate drops as an item, with an axe being the fastest. Removing the block under the plate also makes the plate drop.
Since Java Edition 1.9 mobs can no longer spawn on pressure plates, so Warped Pressure Plate does not serve as a mob spawn spot.
