How to get and use Twisting Vines in Minecraft

Find a Warped Forest
Travel through a Nether portal and look for a Warped Forest biome, where Twisting Vines grow on warped nylium.

Harvest the vines
Break Twisting Vines with shears for a guaranteed drop, or by hand for a 33% chance to collect the plant.

Place and grow them
Put a Twisting Vine on top of a solid block and use bone meal to grow the column several blocks taller.

Climb the vines
Stand against a Twisting Vine column and hold the jump key to climb it like a ladder.
Twisting Vines were added in the Nether Update (Java 1.16, Bedrock 1.16.0). They grow upward, unlike Weeping Vines, which hang downward in the Crimson Forest.
