Purple Wool Slab is a half-height purple wool block (a slab covers half a block) crafted from three purple wool for smooth purple floors.
Description
Three Purple Wool Slabs placed in one row craft a single purple cushion, a seat entity that players can sit on. Placed between a sculk sensor and a vibration source, a Purple Wool Slab blocks the vibration: sculk sensors cannot detect walking, sprinting, jumping, or dropped items on wool slabs, and note block vibrations cannot reach an allay through wool slabs. Purple Wool Slab halves the height of purple wool surfaces, which suits flush purple floors, layered walls, and half-step purple staircases. Wool slabs were announced at Minecraft Live in May 2026.
