Description
Polished Cinnabar Slab is a half-height decorative block added in Minecraft 26.2 "Chaos Cubed" alongside the Sulfur Caves biome. The slab is crafted by placing three Polished Cinnabar across the middle row of the crafting grid, producing six slabs, or by using a Stonecutter at a 1:1 ratio. Slab geometry lets builders create thin floors, low ceilings, stepped platforms, and seating in the same deep-red palette as the parent block. Two Polished Cinnabar Slabs stacked vertically form a full block, and slabs accept Redstone signals like other vanilla slabs. The block originates from Cinnabar ore that generates in Sulfur Caves.
