Description

Orange Tulip is a small one-block-tall flower that generates naturally in plains, sunflower plains, flower forest, and meadow biomes in Minecraft. Orange Tulip is one of four tulip colors — alongside red, white, and pink — and shows a rounded orange bloom on a short green stem. Players collect Orange Tulip by breaking it with any tool or by bare hand, and Orange Tulip drops itself instantly with no tool requirement. Using bone meal on a grass block inside a flower forest can also spawn Orange Tulip, which makes Orange Tulip a renewable resource.

Orange Tulip crafts into one orange dye, used to color wool, beds, banners, candles, and shulker boxes. Orange Tulip can be planted on grass, dirt, coarse dirt, podzol, farmland, or moss blocks, and placed inside a flower pot for decoration. Bees pollinate Orange Tulip like other flowers, so a row of Orange Tulip beside a beehive speeds up honey and honeycomb production. Builders use Orange Tulip for autumn gardens, cottage flowerbeds, and warm-toned landscaping that pairs well with acacia wood and terracotta.
