Orange Harness equips a Happy Ghast and makes the Happy Ghast rideable by up to four players at once.
Description
The color of Orange Harness sets the color of the decorative curtains that flow from the sides of the Happy Ghast, so the Happy Ghast wears orange curtains. Large aviator goggles on Orange Harness lower over the eyes of the Happy Ghast while a player rides and rise above the eyes when no one rides, which lets other players see that someone is riding even when the rider is invisible. Shears remove Orange Harness from a Happy Ghast, and Orange Harness drops as an item. Orange Harness cannot be enchanted in Survival Mode.

A player uses Orange Harness on a Happy Ghast to equip the harness. A Dispenser can also equip Orange Harness on a Happy Ghast.

Ride the Happy Ghast
A Happy Ghast wearing Orange Harness carries up to four players at once. After a player dismounts, the Happy Ghast snaps to the nearest cardinal direction, and the player can stand on the Happy Ghast like on solid blocks.

Remove with Shears
Shears used on a Happy Ghast take off Orange Harness, and Orange Harness drops as an item.
A Happy Ghast without a harness follows players who hold a harness, so a player holding Orange Harness leads a Happy Ghast along.

Can Orange Harness be enchanted?
Not in Survival Mode. In Java Edition Creative Mode, an Anvil can add Thorns, Feather Falling, Protection, Fire Protection, Projectile Protection, Blast Protection, Curse of Binding and Curse of Vanishing, while other enchantments apply but have no effect.
Is Orange Harness available in Bedrock Edition?
Yes. Bedrock Edition 1.21.80 added harnesses behind the experimental toggle, and Bedrock Edition 1.21.90 fully implemented those features.
